Who is eligible for the Rental Conversion Program?
If you’ve received a communication (e.g., an email or a postcard) regarding this program, you are eligible to apply. While financing approval is determined by autoMHatic Financial’s loan guidelines, Rental Conversion Program eligibility focuses on your residency and the specific home you want to purchase.
If you have not received a communication (e.g., an email or a postcard) regarding this program but are currently renting in an Inspire community and interested in owning your home, we encourage you to contact your Community Manager or community sales associate to assess eligibility and to understand your options.

My credit score isn’t very high. Can I still apply?
Yes – and we encourage you to apply. Inspire and autoMHatic Financial have partnered to develop a loan program designed for borrowers with credit scores as low as 500.
Who is autoMHatic Financial?
To help ensure the success of this program, we’ve partnered with autoMHatic Financial, a leading home loan lender focused exclusively on manufactured housing and chattel loans. Their team works with communities and residents to make the homebuying process easy, efficient, and straightforward.
How much does this cost?
There is no fee to apply for a loan through this program.
How can I apply?
There are several convenient ways to apply, either on your personal device or with assistance from the onsite community team. You may:
- (Recommended) Scan the QR code found on any program materials to learn more about the program and apply directly
- Ask your Community Manager for an application
- Complete the application using the tablet located in the community office
- Connect directly with an autoMHatic loan officer at (484) 960-6960, who will help you complete the application via phone
If you need support before, during, or after the application process, feel free to stop by the community office — a team member will be happy to assist you. After submitting your application, you’ll receive an Instant Decision, and a loan officer will contact you to guide you through the next steps.
