Who is eligible for the Rental Conversion Program?
If you’ve received communication about this program, you are eligible to apply. Eligibility is based on residency within an Inspire Community and home eligibility within the Smart Buyer program. Financing approval is determined separately by autoMHatic Financial underwriting guidelines.

There is no fee to apply for financing through this program.
How can I apply?
You can apply online through the provided link or QR code, through the autoMHatic mobile app, or via tablet in the community office. You will receive an Instant Decision, followed by contact from a loan officer.
