This Privacy Policy describes how Tammac Holdings Corporation, which does business as autoMHatic Financial, and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, the “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collect, use, store, and share your information when: (1) you access and/or use our websites, mobile applications, or other digital properties we own and operate, including www.tammac.com, www.automhatic.com, and www.tigerabstract.com (“Websites”); (2) you use our services (“Services”), including our mobile application powered by nCino LLC (3) you communicate with us in any manner, including by email, direct messaging, telephone, and/or in person (“Communications”); and (4) we interact with certain third parties in connection with the Websites or Services. Please note that other aspects of our Services may be governed by supplemental privacy statements, including the Financial Information Privacy Notice (below), which you should also carefully review. In the event of a conflict between those supplemental privacy statements and this Privacy Policy, the supplemental privacy statements shall govern as applies to the Services and Communications related to such Services.

1. Children
Our Websites and Services are not intended for children under the age of 13. This includes any links to other websites that we provide for our convenience. No one under age 13 may provide any information to or on the Websites or through the Services. We don’t knowingly collect the information of children under 13 for any reason. 3. What Type Of Information Do We Collect?
Depending on how you interact with our Websites and Services, the nature of our Communications, and how we may interact with certain third parties, we may collect the following information from and about you:

4. How Do We Collect Your Information?
We collect your information in three ways: (1) directly from you when you use our Websites, Services, and through your Communications with us; (2) automatically using online technologies when you engage with our Websites, Services, and Communications; and (3) from our third party partners.
- Directly from you. We collect information directly from you when you enter your information on our Websites, complete an application or other loan forms with us, apply for financing, make a payment, create an account and password, engage us to provide you with our Services, access our content, use our Websites and Services, engage in Communications with us, or sign-up to receive emails, text messages, or certain other Communications from us.

If you no longer want to receive certain communications from us via email or text message, you may click the “unsubscribe” link in the email or reply STOP (or as otherwise instructed) to the text message. Please note, you cannot unsubscribe from Service-related Communications with us, such as messages relating to your account and transactions.
- Targeted Advertising. If you do not want us to use information that we collect or that your provide to use to deliver advertisements according to our advertisers’ target-audience preferences, you can opt-out by using the cookie banner or preference centers made available to you to restrict use of marketing cookies.
We do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI”) on the NAI’s website.
9. How Do We Protect Your Information?
Although no system can guarantee the complete security of your information, we take all commercially reasonable steps to ensure your information is protected in alignment with all applicable laws and regulations, as appropriate to the sensitivity of your information.
10. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?
We keep your information for as long as is reasonably necessary in accordance with the purpose for which it was collected, our business needs, and our legal and regulatory obligations. If we dispose of your information, we will do so in a way that is secure and appropriate to nature of the information subject to disposal.

Our Websites and Services may contain links to third party websites and services. Please note that these links are provided for your convenience and information, and the websites and services may operate independently from us and have their own privacy policies or notices, which we strongly suggest you review.
12. Do Not Track
Our Websites may, from time to time, collect information about your online activities, over time and across our different websites. When you use our Websites, third parties may also collect information about your online activities, over time and across different internet websites, online or cloud computing services, online applications, or mobile applications. Some browsers support a “Do Not Track” feature, which is intended to be a signal to websites that you do not wish to be tracked across different websites you visit. Our Websites do not currently change the way they operate based upon detection of a “Do Not Track” or similar signal.
